It is Monday again. Blah.
I have two full work weeks (counting today) left before we go on vacation. Today is the start of what I expect will be a long two weeks. It’s weird how we just got through the holidays and their frequent days off, and yet after just one full week back at work I am already stressing out and needing to go away again. Does this mean I’m kinda spoiled rotten?

I said this in a post yesterday but the cats can’t take their eyes off of Friends.
They just can’t look away.
Finally… I played guitar today. Just for a little while (and pretty poorly), but I played. I used the new pedal board with the amp sim pedal (TC Combo Deluxe ’65) and for the first time… ever(?) I used a compressor pedal (MXR Dyna Comp mini).
I feel pretty good about the state of the world right now.
I put together a thing for the living room. Great big tray tables for when we eat dinner in front of the tube. How’s that for fun?

15 Days until we leave for Florida. 14 days until I am on vacation.
As the snow falls on Massachusetts, I am ready to go to Florida now. Why wait, right?
The Boston Bruins just snapped a six game losing streak by snatching victory from the jaws of defeat with 1.2 seconds left in overtime. Sigh of relief.

I was thinking of taking the new eBay camera out to shoot that long awaited test roll today. Maybe go to the Merrimack River or downtown or Forrest Lake. Anywhere, really.

Not today. Friggin’ snow. Mother Nature just hates me, it’s obvious. I still have to go out and run a bunch of errands though. Friggin’ snow.
