Four out of nine songs on the current re-recording list are now complete. I think this is the first one of these things that doesn’t live up to the original (which was from the 2012 RPM Challenge and sounds like a dog turd). I lost something here and I’m not sure what.
The drums at the very beginning… if you speed up the tempo, is it “I Feel Fine”? I think it is but I’m too embarrassed at my possible theft to go and listen to find out for sure.
10 years ago today we went to the MSPCA in Methuen and met a new friend.
She’s still with us. She’s family now, even if she is a little snooty, skittish, and noisy.
Happy 10th adaoptaversary, Panic Panache Patches.
The pics are better than the playing tonight.
Tonight was supposed to be the second presidential debate. It’s not. Instead we get dueling town halls with each candidate on a different network.
I’m not watching either, but the Twitter machine on the internets is telling me that Biden appears intelligent and presidential while the Cheeto is coming off like a hyper active asshole of a three year old throwing a tantrum.
America, right?
Three songs down, six to go. The Great 2015 Re-recording thingie continues. I wonder if the audio file will embed this time… Let’s find out, shall we?
These are the coins I’m using for my baseball playoff predictions. A Rays win tonight means one of my two current picks was right. Well… the coin’s pick was right. The Dodgers are down 2-1. They’ve got some work to do for the second pick.
A European/Japanese probe, on it’s way to Mercury, took a few quick shots of Venus as it flew by this week. Is there life in those clouds? Maybe. Will this probe give us an answer? Nope. Are the pictures awesome? Very much so.
Why didn’t the audio file I added to the post last night work? The one from the night before worked, but not the one from last night. Why?
I tried re-adding it a couple of times, but nothing. I tried adding it to a new post, nothing. I tried adding it and the song from the night before to another new post and the older song worked. Weird. I don’t know what I did.
I just re-uploaded it to the site. Does it work now?
Trying this again.
The phone rings, I answer, the robo-caller responds.
“This is an urgent message for the vehicle owner.”
Ummm… what vehicle?
Sorry, just wanted to share that.
