If Disney has taught me anything, it’s that there are sentient beings living under all of that fungus.

It was quiet here last night. No pain complaints. I made her soup for dinner, then an hour later I saw her bringing food into her bedroom. Did she forget that she ate? Did she not like the soup? Should I have given her more? Who knows. I’m just happy she went to sleep without issues.
Rick and Morty was good. Better than last week (Sticky!). World of Warcraft Burning Crusade never installed on my Mac. Jerk. I’ve been playing on a PC at home. The times I’ve played in the past I was always with Jen and just followed her around. I never really learned how to do stuff on my own. The goal this time is to get up to a decent level and then meet up with Jen and go on an online fantasy killing spree. You know, like you do. It’s love, yeah?
I’m working a half day today and then taking my mother to a doctor’s appointment. The hospital has valet parking. Here’s hoping it’s close enough to where we need to go to help. Also, here’s hoping the rain eventually stops (it never will, ever).
Okay, off to work.
I haven’t done one of these in a while. Did you miss it?
I’m not sure if it hates me or my Mac, but World of Warcraft just won’t freakin’ install. I just wanted to spend the hour before Rick and Morty playing some WoW and killing stuff, but noooooo.

Nothing special here. Just an excuse for some guitarmonies. 50/90 is now 8% complete. Crazy.
I actually kinda like this one. The bass and drums were noodled together on Friday. The rhythm guitars, melody and lyrics came yesterday. The vocals, leads, and mix came today.
Harry is letting me use a pair of AirPod Max. I mixed this song using them. I need to listen on different speakers to know for sure if they are accurate. I’m thinking they respond pretty well, especially when the volumes up too high.
Dinner for Mom. I had delicious tacos that Jen made at home before coming to Tewksbury.

Their microwave is the most powerful device on Earth. 2.5 minutes and the soup is hotter than the sun. Really.
Oh look, the TNT network is showing Captain Marvel again. Again.
Today’s guitar tracking haul for 50/90 is three lead parts and one rhythm part. For the leads I’m using my shiny new Les Paul Standard into a Ryra The Klone overdrive pedal (set with the gain really low) into a Wren and Cuff Super Russian (set with the gain anywhere from kinda lowish to melting the paint off the walls) into the Bassbreaker 15.
I’m really liking the sound. Really. I’m guessing once I listen back to all of this stuff months from now (assuming I ever listen back to all of this stuff) I’ll hate the way it sounds, but for now it feels pretty freakin’ good.
No weird signal problems, three more songs down, and one of them might suck slightly less than usual.
Good morning, everyone.

Jen and I watched Black Widow tonight. I am once again completely caught up on all things Marvel MCU. Well… I never saw the Inhumans show, and there was at least one other that I haven’t seen… Runaways? Is that what it’s called? Whatever, I am all caught up with the movies, and the Disney+ and Netflix shows… but I guess not the X-Men movies or the two Fantastic Four disasters. Okay, so I am caught up with all of the Disney related content. I think.
You get the picture.
It was good. It would have been 10 times better if it had come out after Captain America Civil War, but whatevs. It was good.
And that’s all the movie review you are going to get tonight. You’re welcome.
