2024 50/90 Challenge Day 77/90

I had a very full, busy day yesterday (day 77) and I am not sure I can remember everything I did. I think this is everything…

I put lyrics and melodies onto two songs, then I added a new song with bass and drums (all MIDI), and then I jumped in the car and drove to an empty parking lot and put vocals onto four songs. A good haul on an extra busy day.

Road Trips

Yesterday we took an unplanned road trip up to Lake Winnipesaukee (sp?) and into the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Today we took an unplanned road trip along the Maine Atlantic coast.

Tomorrow? Who knows! If we go on another unplanned road trip, I’ll let you know

Chances are we’ll just stay home and watch true crime documentaries on TV. Hell, the main reason we took both road trips was to listen to an audio book about Ted Bundy. We’re kinda nuts like that.

She looks pissed off because I keep stopping her when she tries to eat one of the plants. I’m a jerk like that.

In other news, I put vocals on four songs for the 50 songs in 90 days challenge. I now have 50 songs with vocals… which implies that I will be successful this year. Huzzah, babie.

2024 50/90 Challenge Day 75/90

This post is supposed to happen first thing in the morning but I didn’t get to it until dinner time. Sorry.

Yesterday, day 75, I added lyrics and melody to one song.

That’s all.

15 days left. Still a lot of work to do but not a long time remaining.

Crap.

Sunrise

Jen never goes with me when I go out to chase the sunrise. Well… I can’t say she never comes with me because she came with me today!

We went to Salisbury Beach for the sunrise this morning. On the way home we took a detour… sort of. We just pointed the car North and didn’t stop until we were up in the White Mountains. We left the house at 5:30am and got home after 4:00pm. What a day!

I should clarify, these are digital photos from the ocean. There were film shots too but you have to wait for those to get developed. I hope to ship them out to a lab tomorrow, along with the three rolls from our Florida trip back in May that have been waiting patiently.

There were also some pictures from a quick stop on Lake Winnipesaukee in Alton, NH as well. You’ll see some of those later tonight, I think,
