Hidden in the Ceiling
This morning before work I went to the cellar to do some laundry. While there I took a few minutes to do some walking and start today’s exercise.
I was shuffling along, looking at the recently repaired duct work in the ceiling and checking out where they removed the ceiling tiles. That’s when I found this….
Huh? What the hell? What could that be doing there, screwed into the joist, hidden by the drop ceiling. I have no idea.

Never Lose My Keys Again
Apple Air Tag for the win. I’ll never lose my keys again. Granted, I can’t remember a time where I lost my keys in the past, but let’s not worry about that.

I’m home. The visit was great even if the pandemic bummed me out. Dad was really tired but he’s getting better, slowly but surely.

I Admit Defeat
I told myself I wasn’t going to mess with the band pedal board, but here I am wanting to put vibe on a new song idea and I can’t find my cheapo backup vibe pedal.
So I pulled this dusty little guy off the band board.
Insert frustrated, yet musical, sigh here.
Vibe-Free
Somewhere in this cellar storage nightmare is a little, purple, cheap, vibe pedal. There’s also a foot switch for one of my amps, and an isolated 9volt plug that I can use with guitar pedals.
I went in there looking for the little, purple, vibe pedal. If I found the other two things, that would be nice, but I wanted the vibe pedal.
I found the other two things.
I didn’t find the little vibe pedal.
Blue
What does it mean when our Nest thermostat is blue?
It means the air conditioner is on. Oh thank jeebus we got the ducts fixed because now we can actually feel the cool air.
