Daytona Beach Again
Will I be able to take some sunrise at the ocean pics this weekend?
Doesn’t look like it. The weather is going to be uncooperative both days. Figures.
Here’s another Daytona Beach pic to hold us over for now.
Flash Cat
Lily, flash photography style. I usually hate using a flash but I needed one for the bed time light conditions and I kinda like this one.
Opening Day Freeze
As expected, the Red Sox are getting trounced early in their opening day game.
It’s the fifth inning. It’s 39 degrees out. Call it baseball in the frozen tundra. I am honoring those who are freezing at the game by turning on the space heater while I work because I am really cold. At least I’m not outside while the Orioles hold an 8-2 lead.
Yikes!
Daytona Beach
Celebrating the fact that Spring Training is over and the Major League Baseball season is starting by sharing another picture of Daytona Beach in Florida because the Grapefruit League is done for another year. Is there an actual connection there? No, not at all.
Interesting View
The scenery on the drive home tonight was interesting.
I hit my protein and liquid goals before I left work. I decided to have some french fries (salt delivery units) as a tiny dinner-like-entity when I got home. Five minutes later I was gagging up saliva with something stuck. I’m at almost two hours and counting now. I should have given it a miss tonight and just gone without.
Dude, Meter for the Shadows
I keep saying I should meter for the shadows, but this was in aperture priority, so technically I wasn’t metering this myself at all. I should try to go fully manual, but with my camera the display in the meter is so tiny I can barely read it at all. I should get a swankier camera then, right?
So Many Turkeys
19 turkeys, to be exact. All in the yard across the street from us. A turkey bonanza.
Bikes
Two bicycles, somewhere in the African section of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
