Lily just savagely attacked our bed sheet. So viscious!
I’d like to thank our cat for protecting us from… ya know… our bed. Thanks, fur ball.

Funny, it’s usually Robin who naps on the bed behind me while I’m working. Lily usually stays away. Not today though.
Happy nap time, Lily Pad.
A couple of furballs wanted to wish you all a goodnight.
I haven’t had my Nikon Z5 available for the last week and a half. When my step son is home in Vermont I work from home at a desk in his bedroom. When he comes home to stay with us I stay out of his bedroom and work from home at a desk in the cellar. For the last week and a half he has been home with us. At the time he came home, my Z5 (and both of my film cameras) were in his room on the desk. They stayed there while he was home because I don’t like sneaking into his space, probably because I feel a little guilty about using his room for work.
He went back to Vermont yesterday so I’m back in his room today and I have my cameras again! Today’s photo a day picture is a mirrorless sucker!
I also moved the plants that are clipped from my step daughter’s plant back into his room too. They spent the week and a half in the living room on the bay window. The cats ate a couple of leaves off of one of them.
I want to try to use the mirrorless camera for the every photo over the last month of the current photo a day thing, but I doubt I will be able to do that. I’m too dependent on my iPhone. sorry.
It was a little after 5:00am. I walked into the living room and saw this:
If ever there were two creatures who were caught in the act of being up to no good…
The question is… what kind of trouble were they about to get into? Sneaky little furballs.
Insert the sound of giggling here.
I did some more car music today. I drove to a not-quite-as-empty-as-I-would-have-liked parking lot in town and sat in the car recording vocal tracks. I got through five songs. Every song in the 50 songs in 90 days pipeline that had lyrics but not vocals, now has vocals. Sweet.
Lily is not impressed with me at all.
Robin is so completely unimpressed that she barely acknowledges my existence.
They don’t understand that they can’t fit on the top of the cat tree together anymore. They are both all grown up now.
They seem all calm and peaceful here, but a few minutes later they were starting to show signs of the zoomies. It hasn’t started yet, but at some point tonight they are going to go freakin’ insane and start bombing around the house like crazy wild animals.
