Hipsta-Kitty went to the vet today. I took her. I had never taken any pet to any vet before. I totally feel like a nazi stooge, torturing a poor little kitty.
She spent the majority of the time in the exam room hiding under a chair.
She hates the cat carrier almost as much as I hate putting her into it. Look at her, she looks like she’s in prison. Poor little thing.
My wife got a Samsung Galaxy camera for Christmas and was just running Instagram on it. Just when I thought I was out, she dragged me back in!
I’m an Instagram user once more.
Okay! I know! Another day with no work done! I’m sorry! I have a life outside of RPM ya know!
Really, I haven’t done any work in a couple of days. That should end today, or at least this long holiday weekend. I hope to have all of the songs arranged and all of the rhythm guitars recorded by the time I go back to work. That’s a tall order, but it should be doable. I have a bunch of errands to run today so I might not get to anything until tomorrow, but I expect huge gains this weekend.

As a Rush fan I often keep my eye out for Canadian holidays that do not exactly match up with US holidays. It helps that my company has Canadian customers and that my work scheduling software includes the option of displaying Canadian holidays.
That’s why I know that today is Flag Day in Canada! Happy Canadian Flag Day, Canada!
Not to make light of the hundreds of people who were hurt by the meteor that hit Russia, but this has been quite the interesting day for astronomy, don’t you think?

I think we in Massachusetts might have done the right thing in electing Elizabeth Warren to the US Senate.
I did nothing yesterday. I sort of half heatedly tried to write lyrics but nothing came to me immediately and I stopped trying. That was the extent of my musical adventures yesterday. Sorry. I’m hoping for a big rhythm guitar recording push over the long weekend.
