I’d never even dream of the $20,000 custom shop copy of Peter Green’s Les Paul, but the new production line release is only a little more than a stock Les Paul Standard.
Yeah, I want one. Seriously want one.

After all of the Star Wars Celebration announcements and a couple of killer episodes of The Mandalorian (and one not-so killer episode) I’ve found myself spending a little time on various Star Wars subreddits. I knew that there was a vocal sect of the fandom that doesn’t like episode IX The Rise of Skywalker. I have found the levels of hate pretty staggering though. It goes so far as people who like the movie getting abuse heaped onto them. Verbal attacks… over a friggin’ movie.
In subtle response to such hate, I have decided that I would watch the movie today, and as with all viewings of this particular flick, I am loving every friggin’ second of it. It’s awesome. The movie is awesome, Rey is awesome, Poe is awesome, Fin is awesome, Rose is awesome, Kylo Ren is awesome, hell even Hux is awesome.
All of those folks who spew such hate can kiss my butt. I love this movie.

The bedroom is ready. Windows time, babie!
I scared the hell out of Lily when I moved the bed. I didn’t realize she was under it at the time. Now she’s very affectionate. Almost as if she wants me to protect her from moving furniture in the future.
No promises, kitty.

The project for today is to move furniture away from windows. It is not to actually redecorate anything.
I moved the bed away from the window over to the opposite side of the room and thought to myself… hmmm.
Then Jen came in to see what I was up to and saw the bed on the opposite side of the room and thought… hmmm.
Did I just, totally by accident, redecorate the bedroom?
I think I might have. We’ll have to wait for the windows to be finished before I know for sure but… hmmm.
Dad’s cheap zoom lens is hard to focus with. Also, once you get it focused it’s hard to keep it in focus. It’s way too easy to move around. I’ll get the hang of it though.
At last! I have cleared the Analog Man King of Tone Waiting list! Huzzah, babie! Five years, one month, and 10 days later I have placed my order!
WOOHOO!!

Hanging at the neurosurgeon’s office. You know, like ya do.

I followed my grape juice experiment with a 20 minute break, then followed that with a protein bar.
Protein bar eaten successfully without any issues.
I think whatever messed me up today is officially over. I’m going to miss almost all of my daily goals today. Liquid and protein are both going to miss by a mile. Here’s hoping tomorrow goes better than today.
Fingers crossed, folks. Finger, toes, eyes, if it can be crossed let’s cross ‘em.
11 months and nine days since gastric bypass surgery and today has been the most difficult day yet.
I’ve had 16 ounces of liquid and maybe five ounces of food. It’s been five hours since I’ve had anything and I’ve been spitting up loads of foam and I’ve puked three times since about 2:00.
How?
WTF, stomach?
