Here’s my problem: here in Michigan, we don’t get snow until after New Year’s generally speaking. By the time everybody takes their Christmas lights down, it’s snowing, very cold, and everything is dreary.
I happen to like the fact that Christmas lights had a little bit of color to the outdoors.
Having said that, I had my Christmas lights down two weeks ago myself
What’s even stranger is, the people across the street from us had a big blow-up snowman in their driveway all through the Holidays this year. After New Year’s they took it down. Then last week they put a bunch of Christmas lights on their stair railings and they’re lit up every night. WTF?
