The Boston Red Sox won the first game of the World Series to take a 1-0 lead over the St Louis Cardinals. John Lester was excellent for the Sox. The Cardinals defense was awful.
One win down, three wins to go. Game two is tomorrow. I can’t wait!

Yeah, the Cards played sloppy, no doubt about it. That won’t happen again! IMHO, the Sox NEED to win again tonight so they’re two games up going to St. Louis for the weekend. GO SOX!
