Random Out-Doing-Errands Pics

I went out to run a few errands tonight. I took a couple of pics. The grocery cart pic was taken about one minute after the Bruins scored their first goal of the season to take a 1-0 lead over Washington. We’re in the second intermission right now and we’re up 3-2. Bergeron, Pastrnak, and Hall with the Bruins goals.

Frog

This morning when I took out the trash…

Tonight, after I took the barrel out to the street. Keyword being after…

Does the frog ever leave? Does it just sit on top of the barrel 24 hours a day seven days a week? What’s going on, frog?

Back Yard Foliage Update

We’re still barely underway here in the Merrimack Valley, but there is some color. Not good color, really, but it’s something.

DSCN2537 — This tree is almost done, but the tree next to it hasn’t even started turning yet.

DSCN2539 — This guy has made good progress since the last time I looked, but still has a long way to go.

I kinda like the reds here, but most of it is just going to be the same old blah yellow. Blah. 41/365

Lens Flare

My little Nikon Coolpix point and shoot guy sure does love lens flares. I wonder if those two times I dropped it last week are playing a roll here.

DSCN2528 — Yup, the frog is still hanging out on the barrel. Boy was he pissed off when I had to open the lid all the way to dump the old kitty litter. Sorry, frog.

DSCN2529 — I only bought enough bird seed for one feeder. The Blue Jays out back seem really pleased.

DSCN2530 — New blackout curtains in the living room. The jury is definitely still out. Very much so.

Last night we found out that the last company Jen worked for had a conference in San Diego this week and if she was still working there she would have gone. Also, I would have gone for the ride and pretty much spent my days wandering around and taking 10000000000 pictures on film. Make believe these shitty pics were shitty film pics and you’d get the idea:
