So why did Martin sue Takamine?
Oh, maybe that’s why.
I just weighed in at weight watchers. It’s not bad, but it’s not good. I’m down, but only 0.4 pounds. I’ll do better next week. I was too lax following the plan last week.
Back when I recorded this little puppy I said it would be the first of a handful of pre-GarageBand RPM songs that I was going to do. I picked out 3-4 other songs to work on and then never did anything with them.
Until now.
I have three songs ready for guitars and vocals. I’m going to try and get them finished this week, but I want to use my amp for all of the electric guitar parts. That means I’ll be recording before work on Monday and Thursday. We shall see how they go.
My step son insisted I watch this tonight. It’s pretty funny.
Today is the 30th anniversary of the Macintosh computer. I guess technically it’s the anniversary of the actual first Mac purchase. Or something like that.
You’ve come a long way…

The hello image comes from http://www.computerhistory.org.
Does anyone out there ever shop at musiciansfriend.com? Why is it that I feel like every single time I place an order, something gets back ordered. Last night I ordered four packs of guitar strings. Two Dean Markley extra lights for my electrics, a Dean Markley bronze medium light for my six string acoustic, and a GHS 12-string set for my, you guessed it, 12-string.
The two electric sets are on back order. It never fails! Always always! That’s why I never use that sight anymore. It pisses me off. Get your stocking act together!
I can’t wistle loud, but I tried. I made a little noise, but it was enough for some of the deer to actually look at the camera. Look at ’em mugging it up.
So ummm… WordPress.com and Flickr. So Flickr changed their embed code. WordPress, it’s time for you to update so that we can use this new code. I mean. What the hell?
I got a little video of the family (herd?) or deer today. I tried to count a couple of times. Once I think I saw nine. Later I could only find eight. They are slippery little camouflaged buggers.
61 seconds of frolicking deer. Soundtrack by Ty Tabor (who I just happened to be listening to in the other room as I took this).
