My Baby is Going to the Doctor Tomorrow
I am scared. I am nervous. I am sure nothing will go wrong but it doesn’t matter.
My baby, aka my oldest guitar, is going to the doctor, aka a repair shop, tomorrow.
I think it needs frets. We’ll see what our friendly neighborhood Luthier says about it, but on the phone today he agreed that it probably needs frets.
Yikes!
I’ll be dropping my baby off at the doctor tomorrow at 11:30. Fingers crossed.
No One Puts Lily in a Basket
Today’s photo-a-day pic. I was thinking about taking my Z5 outside and trying to take something more interesting than just another picture of a cat. Jen and I got out of bed at about the same time and she turned on the bedroom lights. That’s when we saw this…….
I guess Miss Lily had other plans for the photo-a-day pic. How could I pass up this view?
On an unrelated note, I forgot to watch this week’s new episode of Loki last night! I forgot to watch it this morning too! Talk about your pop-culture fail! Now I have to struggle to avoid spoilers all day today. What a loser I am!
Drive
Out for a drive to run some errands. Obligatory downtown pics.
On the way there…
On the way home…
While I was driving home the Bruins took a 2-0 lead over the Maple Leafs. Since getting home, the Leafs tied it up. Crud.

More Cats
You know what my blog needs?
More pictures of cats.
Someday I will stop using this particular Hipstamatic set up… but not today.
Miss Robin
After a long day at work, there is Miss Robin to welcome me home with her complete and utter ambivalence.
Sky
I have the Hipstamatic App set to save off an unfiltered copy of each photo it takes. The sky looked cool over the highway during my morning commute today so I snapped a pic. This is a rare occurrence of the unfiltered pic being better than the filtered pic, in my humble opinion at least.
Then again… maybe the filtered one is better than I thought. I don’t know. What does it all mean? Does it even matter?
November Music
It’s November 1st. Welcome to National Solo Album Month. Am I going to take part this year? Probably. I started a Trello board and today’s photo-a-day picture is a guitar. The signs are pointing to yes, but I am not feeling terribly motivated yet. We’ll see how it goes.
Spooky Halloween Cat
I expect the cats to be scared shitless by the trick or treaters tonight. We can pretty much bank on it.
