  1. It’s up to you if you do them or not. You are not a failure. If you do not exercise as a rule, doing it can be hard. You said if you do it after the kids go to bed then you will just have to get up and do them again right away. This may be true. But the really question isn’t the when behind it. The question is. Can you live and not be worried it you don’t do them? Or maybe you can do a pared down version of your exercises. It’s hard. I know. But I believe you will find your way. Kitt

  2. I watched videos where they got innovative as parents to be able to work out in the day while their kids are playing, thinking their working out too. They’re able to work out, plus their children get to play. Both enjoyed their time together. You’ll get this sorted. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Fighting! 😊

  3. Since you have an iPhone, you can set reminders to go off on the hour if you make them repeat “work out at 1pm for 29mins” or something like that.

  4. If the Journal app collates your life together with entries from things you’ve done on your phone, pictures you’ve taken or locations you’ve been to, workouts attempted is it your Journal entry or something that’s been written by AI?
