Patches, our cat, would have felt right at home in ancient Rome. Specifically, she would have been a natural in the vomitoriums.
Yeah, that specially-designed-for-sensitive-stomachs cat food we’ve been giving her has really worked well. She only barfed twice yesterday, and the pile of puke the second time weighed nearly as much as she does.

Categories vs Tags
WordPress.com lets you put tags on your posts. I pretty much tag everything. I never did on Blogger, so almost everything that was imported from the old blog will be tag free.
When I imported the Blogger stuff it took the few tags I used (cancer being the important one as I tagged the posts relating to my mother’s illness) and made them categories. I didn’t want to break down my posts into distinct categories, so up until now I haven’t made any use of them.
Today though, I found a function in the Tools menu that lets you convert tags to categories and vice versa. I gave it a shot.
This is the first ever post entered directly into the iphoneography category. I can see how blown away you are. The conversion routine said it would keep my old tags. I really hope that’s the case.
Anyway… Here is Patches getting her belly pet.
