Patches the cat is super happy that the kids are home. Can’t you tell?

There is a webcam on my desk that I use for conference calls. The bed is in the field of view so I make it all neat like on work days.
Patches isn’t sure how to deal with the lack of messed up blankets. There’s isn’t a place for her to curl up or hide or anything. I always make things so difficult for her.

Patches, whose praises I am constantly singing on this here internets page (web 2.0, babie!) just barfed up about 20 metric tonnes of puke, right where I sit during my work day.
Friggin’ cat. Thanks a pant load. Prick.
There is no reason to post this, but here I go anyway…
It’s almost bedtime, but I think I might try to mix a tune. Stay tuned. (See what I did there? Ain’t I a stinker?)
I don’t think Patches has ever let me watch her drink from her water bowl before. I never noticed how she sort of laps against the side of the bowl. Do all cats do that or is ours just some kind of evolutionary super cat?

There used to be a printer in the living room and Patches liked to sit on it now and then. The printer is now in the office and Ms Patches is confused.

Time for a magical date night.

Ms Patches is not impressed. She has seen this one before.

I went to visit Jen in her office today. Patches was there. We hung out.

It’s been a whole day since I posted a picture of Ms Patches. How have you been able to stand the wait?

The wait is finally over.
