Commencement

Check out my step daughter, getting honored by her college. I promise she’s in this photo.
I promise she’s in this one as well, though she’s a smidge on the blurry side.
We are at the hotel. No interesting pics yet, but these exist so here they are.

Lily is too big for both of them to fit on top of the cat tree, yet they still cram themselves in.
A tree in The Park in Andover, MA. I found this place while visiting my mother in a nursing home just down the street. I may never go back here again and that is sort of painful to think about.
It’s a beautiful morning outside today. Too bad my point and shoot failed to capture a view of it, and it was generally spoiled by an hour and 40 minute commute to work. Insert frustrated sigh here.
In further frustration news, I was stopped in traffic on route 128 and saw this guy doing a bent knee high stepping walk type thingie on this bridge over the highway. I picked up the point and shoot and popped one off, and wouldn’t you know it I didn’t catch the high stepping thing. Insert another frustrated sigh here.
Two work days left (counting today) until our four day Vermont road trip for Bellana’s graduation.
Robin and I have similar taste in solid body electric guitars. We’re both Les Paul fans.
I went outside to fill the bird feeders after lunch because lunch made me nauseous and I had to go get some air. Today’s been a smidgen of a roller coaster for the ol’ tummy pouch. I’m okay though. May you live in interesting times, and all that shit.
The hair has been cut. I still look like bozo the idiot clown, but at least I’m slightly less shaggy.
