Morning Cats
Crazy busy work day today. Here are some cats from before I left the house this morning to tide the universe over for now.
Meow, bro.
Conference Call
Lily and Robin sat in on my daily group check in call. They didn’t contribute much to the discussion though.
Dig That Sunshine
On the rare occasions that the sun is actually out, it comes roaring through the windows in back of the house in the morning. That’s why I have the two plants there. It’s also why the cats love coming in here first thing in the morning. They are digging that crazy sunshine.
Hipsta-Kitty: Shake to Shuffle: Part 2
Earlier I did a Hipstamatic Shake to Shuffle post full of pics of Robin in the little basket thing on the cat tree.
Now we have part two, the Lily edition.
Pointless posts for the win.
Random Pics from Saturday Morning Errands
Out and about. Grocery shopping, running errands, stop light theater pics. The usual.
And just for luck, a bonus picture of a cat cuddling up between me and my wife on the couch earlier this morning. Perfect.
Lunch Break
I wandered around while my lunch was cooking and I took a bunch of pics with my phone. Why? I don’t know. I just felt like it.
I Just Sat On a Cat
The title of the post. That’s the post. I just sat on a cat.
I got out of the shower (sorry to put that image in your poor innocent heads, really… honestly… gross… sorry) and went to the bedroom to get dressed. Robin the cat followed me and jumped up on my dresser to get some attention. I gave her a little attention, then sat on the bed to put my socks on…
…and I sat on Lily. I didn’t see her there. She did the thing she sometimes does where she burrowed under the blanket. I hadn’t made the bed yet so the blanket was all lumped up so I didn’t see that there was someone underneath and I sat on the cat.
She’s fine. I apologized a lot…
…but I sat on a cat.
Ouch town, population you, Miss Lily. I’m really sorry.
One More Window
Okay, I know I’ve been overdoing it with the cat pics today, but here’s one more because I just can’t stop myself anymore.
Windows Continued
The cats are absolutely riveted by the open windows. They can see and hear the back yard bird feeders from my office space (aka my step son’s bed room). They are utterly fascinated.
