Deer Everywhere

The deer were out in force tonight. They were all over the woods. The herd (is that the right term) was a lot bigger than I’d ever seen it. I tried to count them as they were wandering around, and I probably got it wrong, but there were nine or 10 of them. I’d never counted more than eight before.

I love when they hang out. Especially when the light is pretty good.

Spring – Day Three

It’s the third day of Spring and it’s not snowing. Does that mean anything? It’s 23 degrees out and the high forecast for today is 27. So it’s not snowing, but it is fricken freezing Mr Bigglesworth.

I want warm and summer and beach and happy.

Day Fifteen – Landscape & Cropping

Well… I guess this counts, but it’s not what I wanted to do.

You see, Yesterday was the first day of Spring. So obviously it snowed. Today is the second day of Spring. So obviously it’s still snowing. I wanted to go visit the Spicket or the Merrimack or something, but the weather blows so you get another picture through my bedroom window. What can ya do?

Landscape

The snow is blurry… that’s kinda artsy, right? Right?

And here’s an alternate because blah.

Photo 101 Place Holder

The day 15 prompt for photo101 is landscape. That I can do. Unfortunately I really can’t do it while sitting at my desk all day. This weekend I’ll try to sneak out and grab some scenery. Maybe a little Spicket River? Who knows. We’ll see.

I promised myself I would not use old pictures for this course. I stand by that promise. For today though, here’s a place holder just to let you know I’m thinkin’ of ya, although it absolutely does not count for the class.
