Kitty moves faster than Hipstamatic shoots.

We have been tasked with supplying mom with baked stuffed lobster tonight. I was just on the phone with dad and I could hear her in the background trying to get dad to ask us if there was a legal seafood near us. We are on the case!

While it is true that both our front and back yards are still completely buried by snow, it does appear that the little steam at the edge of our property is filling in. I’ll try and take pictures (of what will just look like a big puddle, I’m sure) today.

Add to that piece of Spring like news the fact that daylight savings begins tonight, and it may be time to actually get excited for Spring’s arrival.

It’ll probably snow tomorrow.

Disclaimer: I said already that Chara should have been suspended for his actions. I would not have been against five games for a first time offender. McSorley and Bertuzzi deserved what they got. Their actions had absolutely nothing to do with two guys playing a game. The word is that Pacioretty is going to be all right. I certainly hope so. However, don’t get all disgusted at the league’s actions when you were the hitee when you have been guilty of hits that were just as violent, cheap, and suspension worthy. The police in Montreal are acting like hypocrites. The Montreal fans who felt the need to call 911 when Chara wasn’t suspended are acting like the worst kinds of fanboy hypocrites. Pacioretty is acting like a hypocrite.

Stop being friggin hypocrites.

It’s raining. It’s foggy. It’s crummy.

But it’s warm and it’s not snowing! BONUS!

I was looking at the yards in our neighborhood. We still have about a foot of snow covering everything. Some houses down the street don’t have any snow left. I want it to rain today and melt the rest of the snow. I also want the run off to stay the hell out of our house. If those two things happen, Robbie will be pleased.

The Bruins suck again. So much for that seven game win streak, huh?

Last night we were supposed to go to the kids’ school for a movie night. Jen and my step daughter are both sick so we had it at home instead. The movie was Megamind. I liked it. I thought it was funny. The kids brought out their sleeping bags and laid them down in front of the TV. The big question from that movie is, is Jonah Hill the new Michael Cera? Is there anything this guy isn’t it?

The weekend is almost upon us. With everyone being sick we’re hoping we might be able to get to visit Mom on Sunday. Fingers crossed.

I used to use DeviantArt to post pictures. I stopped about the same time I forked over some cash for a pro account on Flickr.

I hadn’t logged in in about two years. On Tuesday I for some reason felt the need to log in. I don’t know why.

Well, I didn’t know at the time. I know why now… it’s because I am totally psychic.

There was a message from another user asking for permission to use one of my pictures in an article. Right on! I don’t know what the protocol is, so I just asked that he link back to the image and to credit me. Oh, and I asked for a link to the article, so I can check it out.
