Inside the Red Head's Head 
A typical urban setting makes for a charming photograph by you. The expected sightings are all there, on a streetscape of ribald joy. What is missing is the PEOPLE: where are the crowds one would expect, the thronging action? Ah well. Maybe next time.

The ground where the picnic tables sit…is that concrete or Tennessee bluegrass (if that stuff is even blue)?

I think it is black top partially covered in sand. This was at the beach.
