I’m up 3.8 pounds. Crap.
Just imagine how much worse it would have been if I’d have weighed in two weeks ago!

You can do this!
Sorry about the weight gain, but it could have been worse. That’s less than 5 lbs.! Not so terribly awful. And you can redouble your efforts and lose most (if not all) of it in the next week. Can’t wait to see next week’s post!
