Lily is too big for both of them to fit on top of the cat tree, yet they still cram themselves in.

Beautiful Morning
It’s a beautiful morning outside today. Too bad my point and shoot failed to capture a view of it, and it was generally spoiled by an hour and 40 minute commute to work. Insert frustrated sigh here.
In further frustration news, I was stopped in traffic on route 128 and saw this guy doing a bent knee high stepping walk type thingie on this bridge over the highway. I picked up the point and shoot and popped one off, and wouldn’t you know it I didn’t catch the high stepping thing. Insert another frustrated sigh here.
Two work days left (counting today) until our four day Vermont road trip for Bellana’s graduation.
Another Les Paul Fan
Robin and I have similar taste in solid body electric guitars. We’re both Les Paul fans.
Haircut: Achieved
The hair has been cut. I still look like bozo the idiot clown, but at least I’m slightly less shaggy.
Bird Songs
I opened some windows today. The birds were outside singing loudly and the cats lost their shit.
Frustrating
I booked a haircut for 2:20pm. At 2:50 I walked out as there were still at least three people in line in front of me. Then I made my true mistake. I went to the grocery store on the day before Mother’s Day. Oh was that a mistake.
My afternoon has been frustrating to the point of infuriating. I was having fun in the beginning, driving with all the windows open and snapping point and shoot pics blindly left and right. I’m too pissed off to share most of them now, but I’ll share the big eight ball…
…and the clock…

Another Fun Night
Last night was fun again. Similar to the night before but not nearly as bad. Oh yeah, when I say “fun” that is total sarcasm, but the take away from last night is that it wasn’t all that bad. It was just different or similar or whatever.
I’ll write it up later, but for now here is a cat.
Hi
Li’l Lilly says hello there.
Anyone Home?
Every time I look at the bird house and don’t see any signs of life I assume that one of the times I went outside to take out the trash or the recycling or whatever, I scared them away. That would be so depressing.
No signs of life this morning. Sad face.
