Blurry Background Test

I stepped outside for two seconds to conduct a super scientific blurry background test with the new camera. It was also a select-your-own-focus-point test. The first pic seems to have worked better than the second on the focus thing, but they both have blurry backgrounds. Nice.

120/365. It seems to have focused on the bird feeder further away, but the point I picked was actually the top of the closer bird feeder. Weird.

Digital Blurry Background

Remember that blurry background pic I posted yesterday or the day before? That was taken on film. I went outside today and filled up the bird feeders and took the opportunity to take a similar picture with digital.

I like blurry backgrounds. Deal with it.

Also, there is still a lot of green on those trees. There is also a lot of brown and dead and awful.

Also, BIRD!

Blurry Background

I don’t think I ever purposely took a pic with a blurry background using my DSLR’s kit lens. So I did it tonight, just for schitzengiggles.

Isn’t that the nicest thing?
