The kids are already at school.  I’m wide awake and showered and all ready to do whatever we have to do today.  I wrapped a bunch of Christmas presents last night so I’m way ahead of the game there.

Hmmm…

How should I spend my vacation day?

Dunno.

I guess I could just GO AND SEE STAR WARS THE FORCE AWAKENS!!!!!!!!

We are going to see the new Star Wars tomorrow!
It’s just a few measly hours away!  We are going to see Han and Chewie and Luke and Leia and OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!

  Welcome to Christmas Concert number four. 

 

My first foray into cloned guitar effects.  Is this really as good as a Fulltone OCD at like 1/3 the price?  I don’t know.  What I do know is that it was made in China, and given that it is by far the least expensive pedal I’ve ever bought (including all my eBay bargains) it was probably made by near slave labor in some sweat shop or something.  Let’s hope not though. 

 

My wife is amazing.  You wish your wife was as amazing as my wife.

Not only did she agree to take Friday December 18 off of work so we could go see Star Wars together in a matine, but tonight she suggested that our 12:30 tickets should be exchanged for something earlier in the day so that we won’t have as long a wait before finally seeing it.

Didn’t I tell you she was amazing?

How long until Star Wars The Force Awakens comes out?

There were a bunch of post-premiere Star Wars reviews and stories in my Facebook newsfeed this morning.  The social media boycott is in full on emergency mode now.  At this point I’m even afraid to go to Google+!  That’s how serious this has become.

ADDENDUM: The sports radio station I listen to on the way to and from work (when I am feeling too lazy to decide what music to listen to) came out of a commercial break playing the audio from one of the Star Wars trailers.  No!  Off!  I am now boycotting radio as well.
