Here’s an FYI to IKEA shoppers:

If you buy a full, queen, or king size bed, the center slat that holds the mattress from caving in in the middle is included in the price, but not in the package. Apparently the big sign reading box 3/3 actually means 3/4.

So back to IKEA we go.

We are in the IKEA warehouse and someone just walked off with our cart.

I added yesterday’s two songs to my RPM demo player and I just wanted to test out the embed tags.  Sorry.

I had hoped to get up this morning and track some guitars, but instead we talked about going to IKEA to browse for a couple of things.  In order to do that I had to prepare our van for the off chance that something gets purchased.  That took a while and sucked the drive out of me (no pun intended).  Our van was messy, and the damn middle seat just didn’t want to come out.  Dumb, stupid middle seat.

Anyway, maybe we’ll get to some music tonight.  In the mean time I think I might sack out for a couple of hours watching a Star Trek movie on blu ray.  How does First Contact sound?  Sounds good.

Two of the new songs are done.  I am 20% finished with the RPM Challenge.  I was going to only work on vocals today but I figured I’d stick with a song until it’s done.  Two down, at least eight (but hopefully 13) still to go.
