As the fascist is officially named the republican nominee for President of the United States of America, a touch of Tuesday mood music.

On Monday I started the work day in Foxborough. 72 miles away. It took 1:20 to get there.
On Tuesday I started the work day in Waltham. 33-34 miles away. It took 1:26 to get there.

Remember when traffic improved during the summer? It’s late July, is that ever going to happen again?

I hired some one to cut the front grass.  Sure he works slow, but it’s a totally green business.

My wife is so good to me. She’s amazing. I have no idea what I did to deserve such a wonderful person to share my life with, but I must have done something right because my wife is incredible.

While she was working at her desk in the living room, she let me go down cellar and play guitar through my amp. I kept it as low as it gets, but she still would have been totally within her rights to ask me to shut the hell up… and she didn’t. Why? Because I am the luckiest red head ever.

I love you, Jen. With all my heart. Thank you for being so good to me.

Sunday nights in downtown Methuen are pretty dead.

We finally tried the Bada-Bing tonight.  Not bad!

My wife and I found some modern togetherness time this morning. She had to pick something up at the drug store. When we pulled into the parking lot she said something that had never been said in the 9+ years that we’ve been together. She said something along the lines of, there’s a poke-stop next door, let’s walk over!

On the way, we both caught a pokemon, then at the pokestop we both nabbed a bunch of pokeballs. After we finished up in the store we went back and hit the stop again.

Modern love… it can be strange, you know?

Our house is so utterly organic that it’s growing crops on the roof.

Okay, so it’s a weed growing in the gutter, but give me at least a little hippie street creed, m’kay?

The Nissan has four new tires, and in a few minutes it will have fresh oil too.  It’s Nissan Maintenance Day.
