Last night I did it again. I took off the CPAP mask and then fell asleep before I put it back on. Three nights in a row. It’s starting to get annoying.
Yesterday I helped my father in law with a project. Ol’ fat and out of shape Robbie did actual labor. Yikes. When I was finished I was feeling okay, but by the time I got home I had stiffened up and every inch of me hurt. I was ready for bed by 7:00 but sleep just didn’t happen until after 11:00. Then this morning I woke up at 5:00 and just couldn’t fall back to sleep. So much for wearing myself out.
That weird pain I was having in my arm is still there, though not even remotely as bad as it was on Friday. Now it’s just my legs and my back and my arms and my hands and literally every single bit of me that hurts.
Changing the subject… band practice tonight. I need to learn how to play again by 6:00.
Get some Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salts and soak in the tub! Believe me, it really helps with the muscle aches. Also, just a little tip for next time: Before starting, use some Aspercreme on the muscles that are going to be doing the most work, and maybe take a Tylenol or Aleve. I’m sorry this cause you so much pain!

My father slept without a CPAP for years and by the time he got one he had had four mini-strokes. Be careful!
