Bad Night

The numbers on the two apps actually look worse than the reality, but last night was a bad night’s sleep and the CPAP is a big part of the reason.  I had mask problems three times between 12:15 and 1:15.  I was really fed up.  I came close to just chucking the whole thing for the night.  Eventually things got better, but my watch didn’t even register me as asleep until after 2:00 and I was up at 5:00.  Not good at all.  I am already wishing I could go to bed early tonight, but I’ve got a Nana-sitting shift tonight and I won’t be home until after 11:00.  Crud.

  1. I think it’s time to give the doctor a call. This shouldn’t be happening. Again, I know nothing about it, but it seems to me the whole point is for you to be able to get a good night’s sleep (and eliminate breathing issues, of course) and this whole this is counterproductive. Just my suggestion and my two cents, but it couldn’t hurt to let the doctor’s office know the problems you’re having!
