If you followed local music in Boston during the 90’s you should check out the Billy Ruane Live Archive on youtube. So many great bands. Yeah, they are crappy quality, but what do you expect?
They did mislabel this band though. I saw them at the Middle East Upstairs with Larry and Kelly and we were all really into them. The band was awesome, the songs were GREAT, we had a blast. We found out when they were playing again and all went… and the lineup was different and it just wasn’t quite the same. Still good, just not the same.
These things happen, you know?
Unrelated Addendum: I catch myself misspelling the word “they” about 50 times a day. For some reason when I try to type “they” I drop the “Y” and get stuck with “the”. Also, I NEVER EVER EVER catch it when I proof read. Alas, I suck at life.
