How Did That Happen?

I don’t know what I did, but this morning when I logged into work I opened up Chrome to check my email and my start pages didn’t come up. What? I went into settings and reset them. A few minutes later I realized that all of my extensions were gone. All of them. But… why? How? What did I do to deserve this torture? I’ve grown so accustomed to having Chrome set up the way I want it that I was lost. Worse, some of those extensions have been in place for many years and I don’t remember what they were called! No! I put the Hangouts extension back first. Life sucked without that puppy. Then I put the two coded by people here at work, including one by a guy in my group, and then I had to start guessing. What was the flash blocker called? What was the gmail notifier called (it was not “gmail notifier” although that’s what I have now). This sucks.
