We just had a visit from a visiting nurse. She came to make sure our shit was together. It most totally was together. She was very impressed.
More importantly, an insulin dose has been administered in our house. My wife drew it and my step son injected himself.
I’m still pretty nervous about everything, but at the same time I am confident that this disease isn’t going to slow that boy down at all.
Our shit is most definitely together.
