There are a lot of characters in English literature that can accurately be described as “badass”. Likewise there are a lot of characters who have moments that can be described as “epically badass”.
For my money, the most epically badass moment in all English literature has to be when Dumbledore and Voldemort face off in the Ministry lobby and Dumbledore calls Voldemort Tom. It’s like he’s patting him on the head saying, that’s a good evil wizard now go run along and play.
