I know this sounds ridiculous but try a tanning bed… don’t know why but it has helped me in the past… hugs

Well said. Vitamin D is vital this time of year. The tanning bed sounds like a great idea.
Seasonal depression is brutal. Living in Michigan, I feel like we’re just getting started with the winter blahs.
