I overslept a little and missed my weight watchers meeting. It was by accident but probably subconsciously on purpose. So no weigh in today, but consider me back on the wagon. I just had a zero point breakfast. Suck it, fat ass.
Today I have one goal. Don’t eat junk food.
Actually, today I have two goals. Don’t eat junk food and don’t go to work. If Jen wants to work then I’ll play my guitar some and maybe binge watch The Good Place (Jen and the kids are finished with season 3, I just started season 2. I need to catch up so we can all watch season 4 together). If Jen wants to do something else, then we’re doing that something else.
No junk food.
