I have been stressed out like crazy over the last week. Work has been really tough, I haven’t been sleeping. It’s been a rough few days. Last night was game one of the Bruins 3rd round playoff series with Carolina. I was exhausted to the point of stupidity by the time the game started, but I managed to stay conscious through two periods. I was done by that point though and during the second intermission I went to bed.
The Bruins looked okay in the first period. The game was pretty even. The second period though, the Canes (to my untrained eye at least) dominated. The Bruins looked bad.
This morning when I woke up I checked the score. The Bruins scored four goals in the third period and won 5-2.
