I put my phone down for a few minutes. When I picked it up it was covered with pollen. The pollen is so thick out there that you can actually see it blowing in the breeze.
I may possibly have discovered two new species of spiders. Little tiny guys, but still big enough that you can see their pincers moving around. Yup. Suddenly I’m okay with garter snakes in the yard. Dinner is served, you snaky pricks.
I’ve said this before, but if mosquitoes ever learn to hunt in packs we are fucked. There are so many of them out there right now that if they coordinated their efforts instead of just flying around at random, I would not have made it back inside. Just saying. We have to keep an eye on those bastards and keep them in their place in the food chain.
