I had an honest to goodness IT Crowd moment tonight. When I got to my parents’ house I was told that there was something wrong with the living room TV. The cable box was stuck on one channel but the screen was blank and it was completely unresponsive. My Dad was on the phone. He told me I had my work cut out for me.
I pulled the plug out of the back of the box, counted to 10, and plugged it back in. It took a moment to re-sync and then it was fine.
