| Body | BOO!
So I’m sitting here watching The X-Files again. (season 7 on dvd… I’m running out of episodes.) There’s a scene where a really bad bad guy escapes from prison. At the same time Scully looks at the alarm clock in her room and it said 6:06. I look at the alarm clock in my room and the time is… wait for it! 6:06! BOOOOO! hehe what am I gonna do when I run out of seasons? I’m going to have to find myself a new show to obsess over. Maybe Happy Days? Or Andy Griffith? So after being on-call for 24 hours on Monday I went back on-call over night Thursday, and then from Friday after work until start of business tomorrow. It looked like I was going to get through the weekend without any calls. No dice. I made it to 12:30 this afternoon. Sooooo close. Jen left for Florida today. She’ll be gone for a week. We managed to spend the last couple of days together which means she was subjected to Robert the Hockey fan for the first time. We sat in her apartment snacking on Ben & Jerry’s watching Anaheim play like crap for the first time in the series. Jen made it through like a trooper. She learned a little about how the game works, and if the series goes to game six next Saturday she’ll get to watch another game with me. Poor girl. Anaheim leads the series 2-1. Go Ducks. The other interesting thing that happened this weekend was a certain blonde girl decided to join the ranks of the Red Heads. Some one new joined the team! Right On!
She should know that I like her regardless of the color of her hair, but I think it’s pretty cool she decided to try and join the Red team. Thanks! The Sox – Yankees game is starting… Time to sign off. Good Day all |
