Body The Lowell Devils organization treated their season ticket holders to dinner at the Brewery in Lowell tonight.  Most of the players were there (in uniform, which helps cause I wouldn’t have had a clue who any of them were without them).  When they introduced each player they took a walk through the room waving and shaking hands… it was almost like a fasion show.  Kinda creepy in that respect.

Anyway, Stephen Gionta came over and sat with us for a few.  Now I can tell everyone that I hung out with Brian Gionta’s brother!  How cool is that?  They had some raffles and stuff, and food, and soda was free so Robbie didn’t pay a dime.  (kick ass!)

I took some pictures, they all came out rotten but who cares.  I had to try and get players while their backs were to me so I could either see their number or their name.  when you sit in the back row of the end zone it’s cool cause you get to stand up whenever you want without worrying about blocking someone’s view, but it’s bad in that you’re too far away to connect faces to names.  Not that that matters really.

Anyway, a collage (thank you picasa)…

So now all that’s left for them to do is make the damn playoffs!  I’m sick of rooting for Hockey teams that don’t make the playoffs!  AARRGGHHH!!!

Ok, that’s it for today’s rant.  Good evening all, and thanks to the Devils for takin’ us out.
